Celebrating Our Members’ Achievements: Empowering Sustainability Through Digital with Purpose
We are thrilled to announce the release of the third annual Digital with Purpose (DwP) Report, a landmark achievement for the DwP Movement and its dedicated members. This report highlights the collective commitment of our community to advancing sustainability through digital transformation and innovation.
Since its inception, the DwP Performance Framework has been instrumental in helping organizations define, measure, and enhance their impact on sustainability. Now in its third year, the framework showcases the remarkable progress achieved by our members, reflecting their dedication to turning ambitions into actionable outcomes.
This year, we proudly celebrate the accomplishments of our members, including the recognition of two organizations with “Diamond” status—the highest certification level within the framework. InnoWave, a pioneering Portuguese SME specializing in digital innovation, retained its top-tier ranking, while Energias de Portugal (EDP), a global leader in renewable energy, achieved this esteemed level for the first time. These accomplishments exemplify the transformative potential of digital solutions in creating meaningful change and inspiring others within the DwP Movement.
The dedication of all our members continues to elevate sustainable practices, setting new benchmarks for excellence. Their efforts demonstrate how digital innovation can address global challenges while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
This year has been particularly fruitful for DwP in supporting the SME ecosystem. After successfully initiating a pilot program with IAPMEI, the Portuguese government agency dedicated to promoting the competitiveness, growth, and sustainability of SMEs, and 40 of their associated companies, we are now launching a pilot in December with TEEMA (Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association). This prominent industry association in Taiwan represents the interests of electrical and electronic manufacturers, and the pilot will engage 17 of their associated companies.
Through these partnerships, we aim to provide critical insights into the unique challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises. Addressing these challenges remains a core focus as we continue to expand our impact.
This year, we are also featuring testimonials from three of our members: EDP, InnoWave, and Tangível. These stories illustrate how DwP has supported their transformational journeys, highlighting the tangible benefits of the framework.
With three years of demonstrated success, the DwP Framework has proven to be a valuable resource for organizations of all sizes, enabling them to make meaningful strides toward the Paris Agreement and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all members and partners for their unwavering commitment to this mission. The report not only showcases the 2024 DwP Performance Framework results but also highlights the global DwP events held throughout the year.
